Contract Type:Fixed term/ Internal secondment opportunity until August 2026

Working Hours:37 hours per week between 9-5

Worker Type: On-site Worker you will be expected to attend the site on a daily basis with an approximate 60/40 split

Salary: Grade G - 36363 (Level one) rising to39152(Level four)per annum

About the Role

Responsible for supporting the Stock Condition Survey Manager to maintain the organisations property asset database by undertaking surveys of Nottingham City Council Housing Services (NCCHS) stock.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. Proven track record of successful achievement within a related surveying role/s within a housing environment
  2. Knowledge of domestic building and construction archetypes
  3. Experience of producing and delivering work schedules and specifications of work
  4. Knowledge of related up to date legislation including building regulations on all such as CDM HHSRS/EPCs and their potential impact
  5. Excellent written verbal & interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and communicate at all levels
  6. HNC in Building Surveying or equivalent
