Seize the opportunity to learn create anddevelop your potential with us by joining our Customer Service team in our PCV Technology Center.
Job scope:
- Responsible for handling the processing and scheduling of parts/unit orders for all the customer service department.
- Responsible for handling our aftermarket parts quotes.
- Work daily with intercompany offices in getting unit and system orders written up and put through the system in a timely manner.
- Utilize deep understanding of inventory movements and availability to strategize paths for optimal deliveries.
- Maintain stocking levels through utilizing efficient channels of communication with sales engineers and clients regarding usage and delivery requirements.
- Assists other customer service agents with overflow work as needed.
- Covers the front desk on a rotational schedule.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Qualifications:
- College degree plus one to two years related experience and/or training.
- MUST be able to type approximately 70 wpm-Test administered
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
- Must be able to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts interest commissions proportions percentages area circumference and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral or diagram form.
