Job Description
- Competitive salary
Hours: Part-time or full-time options available
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate potential for future full-time employment
- Assist senior technicians with installing audio/video systems speakers TVs projectors smart home tech & more
- Learn the basics of structured cabling and low-voltage wiring
- Help with setup and maintenance of equipment racks and control systems (like Control4 Lutron etc.)
- Observe and participate in on-site troubleshooting and system testing
- Support day-to-day project work including inventory checks and vehicle/tool upkeep
What Youll Learn:
- Real-world experience in residential AV and smart home installation
- Hands-on training with industry-leading systems like Lutron Control4 and Crestron
- Introduction to networking wireless systems and lighting control
- Professional installation standards project planning and client interaction
Who You Are:
- A tech-savvy student recent grad or career switcher interested in AV systems or IT
- Reliable eager to learn and comfortable using hand/power tools
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in active construction or residential environments
- A good communicator with a professional attitude
- Must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record
