Are you a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Conway Arkansas seeking a rewarding opportunity We are seeking compassionate individuals to provide essential in-home support. We currently have exciting openings for Full Time Part Time and PRN positions available. We deeply value collaboration professionalism and upholding the dignity of every individual we serve. Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care to patients in their home setting.
- Consistent utilization of safety measures to ensure patient well-being.
- Maintain communication with your supervisor regarding any changes in a patients condition.
- Accurate documentation of services provided.
- Observe patients for any changes in their condition or behavior and report them promptly to your supervisor.
- Active CNA license is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent is also preferred.
- Good physical health to ensure safe performance of job duties.
- Ability to safely handle body fluids and hazardous waste products.
- Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with both patients and staff.
- The ability to meet all standard personnel qualifications.
