We have an amazing opportunity to hire a Teacher in our Infant Classroom for up to 26 hours per week.

ABOUT THE JAY AND ROSE PHILLIPS EARLY CHILDHOOD CENTER
The Boulder JCC Early Childhood Center is designed to enhance the social emotional linguistic cognitive and physical development of each child. The school offers opportunities for exploration and discovery in a constructivist-based educational environment. Each teacher strives to nourish childrens innate sense of wonder curiosity imagination and self-esteem.
We are looking for a full-time infant teacher who is passionate about high quality infant care. We are looking for someone who is committed to being a part of our community and supporting constructivist-based Reggio-inspired learning for the infants in their care. Our classrooms operate with teaching teams who are invested in working as a classroom community.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
This is a part-time (26 hours per week) year-round position with an hourly range of $17.10-$24.98 per hour commensurate with experience and education.. Employee benefits currently include health insurance (medical dental and vision) with access to a health savings account (HSA) with generous employer contributions a 403(b) retirement savings plan with immediate vesting and an employer match up to 4% voluntary disability life and accident insurance substantial staff discounts as well as plentiful time off (vacation sick holidays and a full week paid at Thanksgiving.)

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Our teachers work together in a co-teaching team while performing regular duties. You will be required to sit stand reach walk or kneel and to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds. Reasonable accommodations will be made for individuals with disabilities.
