Job Description:
Summary
The Advanced Application Associate is dynamic and can have frequent re-prioritization of current projects within the Standard functions: - Automate systematic order processing by developing and implementing Kapow web macro robots to complete out all manual functions - Automate Carrier Contract Maintenance: by developing and implementing Kapow web macro robots to complete out most tariff building steps - Account Analytics: Identify areas of opportunity for Kapow web macro robots to provide analytic reporting - Issue Resolution: Monitor root cause and resolve issues relating to utilization of Kapow macros - Advanced Analytics which includes but is not limited to: Issue resolution on above technical tools; Investigation of advanced if/then scenarios within the testing environments; Unlocking new functionality within existing database - Full SP&E streamlining. Identify and Implement new Kapow Macros for CC and Entity-Planning to eliminate manual touch of shipments/loads across all customers.
Essential Functions
Responsible for automating Optimization sessions and Carrier rate loading within the JDA TM environment
Create/Maintain Technical items: Access Tools and Databases; Excel VBA Macros or Complex tools; SharePoint Work flows; Kapow Macro solutions; Similar technical Items
Create/Maintain: Macro specific process documents & Metrics; to ensure that the processes can be completed manually when necessary
Act as consultant for Internal & External clients on Kapow Macro capabilities and opportunities. Issue resolution within Kapow Macros and working directly with Application Analysts on ideas across accounts
Identify opportunities to utilize the Kapow macro and provide analysis as needed or proff of concept in how the automation would function
Perform the tasks of an Application Analyst as needed
Additional Responsibilities
Occasionally responsible for providing assistance to Application Analysts connected to the standard responsibilities of an Application Analyst
Performs other duties as assigned

Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers work groups customers supervisors)
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment
Detailed oriented with excellent follow-up practices
Ability to conceptualize how systems need to be configured and used to solve daily business problems
Ability to present information and ideas clearly and understandably to others
Qualifications
Bachelors degree required in Business Supply Chain Management Logistics other related field or equivalent related experience.
Three (3) years or more previous experience working with customers or carriers preferred
One (1) year or more as an Application Analyst required
