Job Summary
This position is approximately 10 hours per week creating short-form vertical video for our social media channels and executing projects as determined by the Social Media Content Manager. Candidates should be comfortable with appearing as an on-camera personality and expressing their excitement for Student Life at UP.
Minimum Qualifications
Experience with filming and editing photo and video content with iPhone Cap Cut iMovie In Shot Adobe Creative Cloud or other editing software Experience with social media (Tik Tok Instagram You Tube) Ability to observe and utilize social media trends to create content. Strong public speaking skills and comfortable to be featured to a wide social media audience. Strong interpersonal skills that can work collaboratively with student organizations and events. Flexible working hours to support capturing events including evenings and weekends. Ability to work independently with direction.
Preferred Qualifications
Social media content creation in a professional setting Majoring in Marketing Communications or related field
