KeyResponsibilities:
- Leadoncomplexlitigationcasesfrominceptionthroughtoresolutionincludingtrialandappealstages.
- Providestrategiclegaladviceonawiderangeofcommercialdisputesincludingshareholderandpartnershipconflictsandinsolvency-relatedmatters.
- Representclientsincourtarbitrationmediationandnegotiations.
- Drafthigh-qualitylegaldocumentsincludingpleadingsmotionsandlegalopinions.
- Superviseandsupportjuniorteammembersfosteringacollaborativeandhigh-performingteamculture.
- Workcross-functionallywithotherdepartmentstodeliverintegratedlegalsolutions.
- Keepabreastoflegaldevelopmentsparticularlyincommerciallitigationandcross-borderenforcement.
- Contribute to business development initiatives and help expand the firms litigation offering.
CandidateProfile:
- Strongbackgroundincomplexdisputeresolutionincludingshareholderdisputespartnershipbreakdownsandinsolvencylitigation.
- Familiaritywithmulti-jurisdictionallitigationandenforcementofforeignjudgmentsishighlydesirable.
- Excellentadvocacynegotiationanddraftingskills.
- Provenabilitytomanagehigh-pressurecaseloadsanddeliverresults.
- Stronginterpersonalskillsandaclient-focusedapproach.
- Provenleadershipandmentoringcapabilities.
