Position Summary...
This Senior Manager will play a critical role supporting the pharmacy and optical/vision center patient safety program for Walmart and Sams Club. The work includes event management and investigation determining contributing factors and identifying root cause so that strong improvement actions are identified and implemented. The Senior Manager will work cross-functionally across the Health and Wellness organization with the many teams engaged in the delivery of safe high-quality care.What youll do...
- Oversee the creation review and refinement of the Patient Safety Program
- Investigate patient safety issues and participate in root cause analysis
- Recommend and facilitate change to improve patient safety
- Collaborate on policy development and implementation of educational presentations
