Job Title: Caregiver at Senior Helpers - Lees Summit

Job Summary:
Senior Helpers - Lees Summit is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team in the Warrensburg Missouri area. This is a part-time hourly healthcare/medical job in the Homecare industry. As a Caregiver you will be responsible for providing quality care and assistance to our elderly clients in the comfort of their own homes. This is an individual contributor role with flexible hours and competitive pay.

Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing dressing and grooming
- Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management
- Plan and prepare nutritious meals according to the clients dietary needs
- Accompany clients to doctors appointments and assist with errands
- Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote physical and mental stimulation
- Monitor and report any changes in clients health or behavior
- Maintain a clean safe and comfortable living environment for clients
- Communicate regularly with the Senior Helpers team and family members to ensure the wellbeing of the client

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience preferably in a home care setting
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards elderly individuals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and follow a care plan
- Basic knowledge of elderly care and related health conditions
- Available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
