A Day in the Life
By joining Customer Care & Order Operations (CCOO) you will get a unique opportunity to drive customer experience through technology innovation and contribute to bringing our Mission to patients all over the world.
As an Intern in OTD (Order to Delivery) you will have the opportunity to gain your first experience with logistics departments such as Supply Chain Warehouse and Transportation. You will work with them to find solutions to issues ship life-saving materials and learn how to use stock effectively. All of this while working daily with various SAP transactions and Excel files including macros.
Internship details:
Start date: September/October
Duration: 6 months (with possibility to extend)
Working hours: around 30 hours / week
Working model: hybrid (2 days in the office)
Location: Warsaw Poland
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Support the performance and analysis of various allocation processes (e.g. special handling for VIP customer orders) including life-saving shipments (e.g. taxi orders).
Maintain daily contact with Supply Chain partners contributing to analysis and project collaboration.
Collaborate closely with logistics teams (warehouse and transport) to resolve end-of-day delivery issues.
Assist with Inventory analysis and management as well as Order monitoring and analysis
Required Knowledge
Pursuing a degree in higher education (you must be a student for the entire internship duration)
Spoken and written proficiency in English is a must (minimum B2 or equivalent)
Good knowledge of MS Office tools Outlook Excel and willingness to use new applications/tools
Detailed-oriented and quality-focused
Analytical mindset
Adapting well to dynamic work environment
Displaying the can-do attitude and interest in continuous process improvement
Ability to work under time constraints
Would be a plus
Proficiency in Polish language
Experience in working on SAP
Background in the Supply Chain or Logistics
