What will you do
Handle inbound calls related to any questions related to Jaguar
Assist with changes or special requests
Deliver exceptional customer service with a commercial mindset
Work with internal systems to manage customer cases efficiently
Candidate profile
Fluent in German with good English communication skills
Experience in customer service or sales is highly preferred
Professional calm and customer-friendly phone manner
Open to working shifts and weekends
Based in or willing to relocate to Madrid
Employer offers
Full-time permanent contract with a 2-month trial period
Salary of 20.000 gross a year
Signing bonus of 1500
39-hour work week with shifts between 09:0020:00
