About the Role:
As an Acquisition Specialist youll connect with customers to purchase pre-owned vehicles providing a seamless and friendly experience. Youll use modern data tools to identify opportunities work closely with sales managers and help us keep our used vehicle inventory fresh and profitable.
No automotive experience requiredjust bring your people skills and drive to succeed!
What Youll Do:
Identify opportunities using data mining tools (like Automotive Mastermind vAuto Reports)
Contact and engage customers through phone email and in-person
Manage appraisals review vehicle history and assist with pricing
Partner with sales and service teams to meet acquisition goals
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
Youre a Great Fit If You Have:
Experience in customer service sales business development or call centers
Strong communication and organizational skills
A go-getter attitude and passion for building relationships
A valid drivers license and authorization to work in the U.S.
