Job Description
Manage sales orders using Microsoft Dynamics AX WEB SQL and Excel systems
Respond to customer needs based on product availability
Provide information such as advice pricing dates and delivery status
Handle Salesforce requests
Participate in supplier training sessions
Participate and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications :
High School Diploma
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel)
Knowledge of ERP management systems and SQL
Customer-focused and solution-oriented with good interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills
Energetic and detail-oriented
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to work well in a team
Knowledge of tires and automotive accessories an asset
1 to 3 years of experience in customer service or similar role
