The Finance Analyst FP&A will provide accounting and finance services in support of the organizations business objectives. This role will assist in general accounting functions and provide information for management through preparation and presentation of financial statements and reports. The Finance Analyst will also be involved with monthly analysis forecasting and the annual budgeting process.

YOUR IMPACT

These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.

  • Partner with internal and external customers to lead and grow the business; assist in analyzing and preparing monthly results for management. Interact with other departments on business issues that impact financial projections.

  • Communicate and drive opportunities to deliver best value for customers; support and partner with management in planning measuring and reporting on performance of business functions and opportunities to improve profitability.

  • Assist in the monthly close process.

  • Develop customer-friendly systems processes and metrics; perform assigned tasks in accordance with standard work instructions.

  • Monitor and track key operational benchmarks.

  • Assist in preparing and analyzing the monthly forecast and annual budget.

  • Champion the Oshkosh People First competencies to engage develop and connect team members.

  • Identify and support continuous improvement projects while leveraging the Oshkosh Continuous Improvement Management System (CIMS) tools and concepts.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.

  • Knowledge of basic Finance and Accounting concepts.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites: Excel Word PowerPoint SharePoint.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to travel up to 10%.

STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS

  • Familiarity with U.S. and international accounting regulations.

Pay Range:

$82000.00 - $132800.00

The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range individual pay is determined by various factors including the scope and responsibilities of the role the candidates experience education and skills as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
