The Service Advisor is a positive high-energy customer-focused position in a fast-paced tire and automotive service facility. This role is primarily responsible for servicing customers by assessing needs recommending products and/or services performing entry-level vehicle services and ensuring customer satisfaction through thorough and timely completion of services
What youll do:
- Greet customers listen to concerns and gather vehicle information clearly and professionally.
- Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines inspection results and technician input.
- Provide clear accurate estimates and explain services to customers in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of work.
- Manage the repair order process from write-up to invoicing and payment.
- Maintain high standards of organization cleanliness and professionalism at the front desk.
- Upsell additional services such as tires flushes wipers brakes and other preventive maintenance.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs for service categories.
- Prior experience in automotive service writing or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic automotive knowledge and a passion for the industry.
- High integrity attention to detail and a sales-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable using point-of-sale software and digital inspection tools.
- Valid drivers license required.
