Job Description
- At least 6 years of experience in project/program management of software development
- Strong technical intuition and understanding of basic engineering concepts with strengths in distilling complex design and process problems to their essential components
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across varied audiences in a climate of debate
- Sound executive presence with the strong ability to communicate at the senior leadership levels in written and verbal form
- Resilience and interest in complex problem-solving within a challenging and fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to implement project management principles including planning and organization risk management leadership stakeholder engagement and problem solving
- Software or hardware release management experience at a large scale
- Knowledge of operating systems compilers integrated development environments and other developer tools
- Experience working with developers open-source communities or technical users to gather feedback and drive product improvements
- Ability to think strategically and tactically and to build consensus in achieving project outcomes; ability to resolve technical issues and resource conflicts
