Job Description
What success looks like in this role:
Gains familiarity with Systems Administration concepts practices and methodologies.
With guidance performs standard Systems Administration duties including:
o Creating updating and publishing network diagrams and configurations
o Performing daily administrative tasks such as device configuration and troubleshooting
o Responding to issues and client requests
o Evaluating client hardware requests for compliance conformity applicability performance and cost effectiveness
o Researching and analyzing systems issues and
o Assisting in the development implementation and documentation of project tasks.
Documenting assigned activities and progress.
Learns and applies company and industry standard systems administration policies and guidelines.
Assists with special projects as assigned.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
BA/BS degree and 0-2 years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
