**Job Title: Temporary Amusement Crew Member**
**Location:** Buffalo Grove IL
**Duration:** Labor Day Weekend (1 Week: Aug 28th-Sept 1st 2025)

**Job Summary:**
Join us for an exciting opportunity to work as a Temporary Amusement Crew Member during the upcoming Labor Day Weekend! We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working in a fun fast-paced environment. As part of our team you will help create a memorable experience for our guests while ensuring safety and smooth operations at our amusement venue.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Monitor and operate amusement rides in accordance with safety guidelines and company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests answering questions and ensuring a positive experience.
- Enforce safety rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment for guests and crew members.
- Help manage lines and assist guests boarding and disembarking from rides.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the amusement area including rides games and food stalls.
- Support fellow team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth operations.
- Participate in pre-opening safety briefings and training sessions.
**Qualifications:**
- Must be at least 18 years old; prior experience in customer service or amusement parks is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dependable and able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- A positive attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods lift up to 50 pounds and engage in outdoor activities.
