50Floor is a rapidly growing home improvement company that brings exceptional customer service and innovation to the flooring industry. Were looking for a versatile and experienced Senior IT Business Analyst / Project Manager to lead technology-driven initiatives that improve efficiency and support scalable growth.
Job Summary
This hybrid role combines business analysis IT project management and process optimization. Youll work cross-functionally with business leaders technical teams and vendors to deliver solutions that align with company goals. Youll also provide Tier 2 support for enterprise applications (ERP CRM HRIS etc.).
Key Responsibilities
Gather and document business requirements and workflows
Analyze and improve business processes using tools like Lean or Value Stream Mapping
Lead cross-functional IT projects from planning to execution
Manage project scope timelines budgets and stakeholder communication
Provide second-level support for enterprise applications and troubleshoot technical issues
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on system enhancements
Create documentation SOPs and training guides for end-users
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelors degree in Information Systems Computer Science Business or a related field (or equivalent experience)
8 years in business analysis and/or IT project management
Strong analytical communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with process mapping project documentation and Agile methodologies
Familiarity with APIs databases and integration concepts
Proficiency with tools like LucidChart ClickUp and Confluence
Preferred:
Certifications (CBAP PMP Six Sigma ITIL etc.)
Knowledge of SQL and Power BI
Experience with cloud-based business applications
