Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Leave Vacancy Teacher - PRT for our Podar International School Jalgaon . This is temporary small Level position requiring 2 to 4 years of work experience. The role involves delivering high-quality English lessons to students creating engaging lesson plans and contributing to the academic success of our students.
Qualifications and Skills
- Fluent in English (Mandatory skill)
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students parents and colleagues
- In-depth knowledge of grammar and syntax to teach the fundamentals of the English language
- Ability to create engaging and comprehensive lesson plans tailored to different learning levels
- Patience and empathy to understand and support the individual needs of each student
- Understanding of different learning styles to adapt teaching methods accordingly
- Effective classroom management skills to create a productive learning environment
- Ability to provide constructive feedback to help students improve their skills and performance
Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons that align with educational standards and curriculum requirements
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning
- Assess and evaluate students progress through regular tests assignments and feedback
- Incorporate innovative teaching methods and educational technologies to enhance learning experiences
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their childs progress and any areas of concern
- Participate in faculty meetings professional development sessions and school events
- Maintain accurate records of students attendance grades and other required documentation
- Collaborate with colleagues and school administration to improve teaching practices and curricular offerings
