Base Salary: $70000 (commensurate with experience)

What Youll Be Doing

Operate and monitor high-pressure steam boilers ensuring efficient and continuous operation

Maintain and troubleshoot pressurized piping systems (water steam oil compressed air and natural gas)

Perform routine and preventative maintenance on equipment such as pumps motors air compressors and electrical controls

Interpret technical schematics wiring diagrams and blueprints to identify issues and support repairs

Conduct inspections and document equipment performance to stay ahead of safety or operational issues

Respond promptly to system alarms and troubleshoot malfunctions in real time

Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to support continuous plant operations

Follow all safety protocols and regulations this role plays a direct part in protecting facility uptime and team wellbeing
What You Bring
Required:

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience working with industrial steam boilers and powerhouse systems

Familiarity with electrical equipment pressurized gas systems and rotating machinery
-
Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics
-
U.S. work authorization without the need for employer sponsorship
Preferred:
-
5 years working in a powerhouse or industrial manufacturing environment

Background in preventive maintenance and emergency troubleshooting

Strong mechanical aptitude and independent problem-solving skills

Experience maintaining uptime in production-critical environments
