ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greets and communicateswith customers with a smile
- Assist in answering phone and taking to go orders
- Knowledgeable of menu demonstrates suggestive selling techniques
- Demonstrate accurate cash handling abilities.
- Use register to track all transactions
- Prepare and package high quality ice cream products and desserts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of ice cream station
Qualifications
Education and/or Experience
Food Handler Certificate required(must obtain before day 1)
Previous cash handling experience preferred.
Ability to listen read write and speak fluently in English for all job related circumstances.
Ability to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure.
Practical problem solving skills.
While performing the duties of this job he/she is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger handle or feel; and talk or hear. He/she is regularly required to reach with hands and arms. He/she must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
