About the Role

As our Senior Sales Manager for the French Market you will play a central role in driving Amenitizs growth in one of our most strategic regions. With a highly engaged team of SDRs and AEs already in placeand plans to scale furtheryoull lead inspire and empower this group to achieve ambitious targets and establish Amenitiz as the #1 hospitality tech solution for independent hoteliers in France.

This is a high-impact leadership role reporting directly to the VP of Sales. Youll own the commercial success of the French region and collaborate cross-functionally to shape and scale our Go-To-Market (GTM) efforts.

Your Missions

Own the Commercial Success of France

  • Develop and execute a winning sales strategy that positions Amenitiz as the leading hospitality tech solution for independent hoteliers in France.
  • Design scalable outreach tactics and funnel mechanics that consistently generate qualified pipeline across all segments.
  • Take full ownership of revenue performanceforecasting accurately and setting clear monthly quarterly and annual targets.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Growth Product Marketing and Customer Success to ensure we stay ahead of market trends and customer needs.

Build & Lead a High-Performing Sales Team

  • Lead recruit and coach a growing team of SDRs and AEs (currently 16) ensuring theyre engaged empowered and consistently hitting targets.
  • Manage and develop Sales Team Leaders helping them scale their teams while growing their own leadership capabilities.
  • Drive a culture of high performance ownership and continuous improvementwhere ambition meets accountability.

Scale What Works Share What Matters

  • Build and refine a market-specific playbook that can serve as a benchmark for sales excellence across Amenitiz.
  • Actively contribute to our broader Go-To-Market efforts by sharing learnings insights and best practices across regions.
  • Be a visible culture ambassadorsomeone who lives our values raises the bar and inspires others to do the same.

About You

  • 5 years of sales leadership experience ideally in fast-scaling SaaS or B2B environments.
  • Experience directly managing both SDRs and AEs and coaching Sales Managers or Team Leads.
  • Deep knowledge of outbound sales and pipeline generation best practices.
  • A strong grasp of sales metrics KPI tracking forecasting and data-backed performance management.
  • A successful track record of hitting and exceeding ambitious targets in competitive markets.
  • Native or near-native fluency in French and full professional fluency in English.
  • Familiarity with modern sales stacks (Salesforce Salesloft Gong HubSpot... you know the tools but more importantly how to use them).
