Freddie Mac Multifamily is looking for a skilled Marketing Technology Specialist to join the Marketing & Customer Experience team. The successful candidate is an adept technology and process specialist who will help drive our marketing operations applications and data management. We seek a team-oriented professional who is detail-driven quantitative results-focused and intellectually curious with an understanding of basic marketing principles.
The Multifamily Marketing and Customer Experiences team partners with other multifamily business areas to facilitate communications and expedite engagement with our lenders borrowers servicers and investors via campaigns events and customer education. We deliver timely information education and events to meet our business objectives address customers needs and promote our value proposition. We aim to do it with maximum efficiency and effectiveness so our counterparties know what they require when they need it and engage with us with maximal ease.
As a proactive self-starter you will execute tasks reliably embrace innovation and collaborate effectively within the team and across business areas. Your responsibilities would encompass:
Managing and executing marketing email automation: Includes creating and formatting Eloqua email content developing and maintaining mailing lists and automation programs as well as executing mass email campaigns to lenders borrowers investors and other audiences.
Ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer data In Eloqua and other platforms by implementing effective data management practices and workflows including maintenance programs to optimize data integrity and system performance.
Performing regular data segmentation and analysis to support targeted marketing campaigns and improve customer engagement strategies.
Producing reports analytics and insights on the performance emails web events social and other channels using tools such as Eloqua Cvent Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity .
Designing and implement surveys to gather valuable feedback and insights from external audiences and event attendees. Analyze survey results to provide actionable recommendations for improvements.
Assisting with the operational and technological execution of events including the setup and operation of on-site registration check-in and badging technology and provide general support. Some travel to major U.S. cities (4-8 times annually) will be required.
Managing and maintaining the Marketing teams Asana workflow system SharePoint page and Subscription Center ensuring it meets division and customer needs
Capturing documenting and standardizing processes to enhance efficiency. You will identify and implement improvements to elevate marketing operations and maintain documentation.
Evaluating selecting and managing relationships with marketing technology vendors. You will coordinate technology acquisitions and renewals through corporate purchasing processes and guide necessary technological risk assessments.
Exceptional proficiency in learning complex software solutions.
Minimum of 3-4 years of demonstratable work experience using marketing automation platforms for data management marketing automation and campaign management.
Minimum of 2 years of work experience using web analytics/behavior tools such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
Proven proficiency in designing solutions based on client needs.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects timelines and resources efficiently.
Strong proficiency in Excel including data analysis cleanup and reporting.
Detail minded with a passion for technology and teaching others how to use it effectively.
Interest in the Multifamily business and developing subject matter expertise if not already in the industry.
Effective communication and collaboration skills including interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Exceptional client services and support skills.
Dependability and reliability with a strong work ethic.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $82000 - $122000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position experience skill set internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.Required Experience:
