Graduate / Junior Data & AI Analyst
Location: Middlesborough
Salary: 25-28k starting rising to 32000 within two years

This global company with a strong track record in digital innovation is expanding its Data & AI team and has a fantastic opportunity for a graduate or junior analyst to join its structured early careers pathway.
Youll be joining a dynamic digitally forward-thinking organisation thats investing heavily in AI machine learning data visualisation and the Microsoft Azure ecosystem. This role will see you work across a range of impactful projects that blend traditional BI with emerging AI capabilities.
What youll be doing:
- Developing data solutions using Power BI SQL and ETL techniques and learn Power Apps and Co-Pilot
- Building data models and visualising insights for business stakeholders
- Supporting early-stage AI/ML initiatives such as process automation and predictive analytics
- Working in an agile cloud-first environment using the latest Microsoft tools
- Collaborating with a growing team of data engineers BI developers and AI specialists

- Some experience in SQL (or strong Excel skills)
- Familiarity or enthusiasm for Power BI and data storytelling
