What is the opportunity
As the Senior Client Services Operations Representative you will have an advanced level of business knowledge and understanding of the Canadian life insurance industry. You will provide support and problem resolution to our clients with their life insurance policies.
What will you do
Review and management of change requests related to an individuals life insurance policy
Provide a superior and high quality customer service experience to our policyholders and other key relationships
Take appropriate action on urgent and complex cases in accordance with the policy terms and company philosophy
Write/amend routine correspondence to the insured providing policy details
Proactively escalate any issues found in the process impacting clients and provide support to resolve in a timely manner
Be agile and submit or support innovative ideas and process improvements to enhance the customer service experience
Administer policies in adherence to operating and procedural manuals
Act as an SME for the team as and when required
What do you need to succeed
Must-have
Minimum 3 years of experience preferred in management of Universal Life policies
Post Secondary college/university or equivalent
Excellent interpersonal abilities to enable effective interaction & communication (oral and written) with policyholders and other insurance/medical/legal professionals
Growth mindset with strong analytical and decision making skills
Ability to multitask and balance multiple goals and priorities
Nice to Have
Working knowledge of various systems (CAPSIL Ingenium LifeSuite Fineos etc.)
ICA LOMA and/or ACS
Bilingual in English and French is an asset
