Looking for Balance in Your Nursing Career Join Abernathy Home Care!
Position: RN/LPN
Location: Stoneham MA
Hours: MondayFriday 7:00 AM 11:00 AM or 8:00 AM 11:00 AM

What Youll Be Doing:
Connecting with your patients: Youll conduct meaningful home visits and develop personalized care plans.
Empowering your team: Supervise and support our caregiving staff helping them grow with hands-on coaching.
A little flexibility: We ask for one weekend day and one evening shift per month (flexible scheduling available).

Who Were Looking For:
Active RN or LPN License in Massachusetts - If youre new to nursing dont worrywell help you grow!
CPR Certificationbecause safety always comes first.
1 Year of Nursing Experience -with a preference for Home Care or community-based settings.
Communication & Organization Pro: Youve got those skills down cold. You can keep things running smoothly while staying compassionate.
Spanish-Speaking - Preferred -but not a deal breaker!
Reliable Transportation - Youll need a reliable vehicle and a valid drivers license to get around.
