MS RN 13 weeks ONCOLOGY Submission Requirements: Must live 75 Miles away from facility - TRAVEL WILL TAKE LOCALS - local rate will apply (less than 75 miles) Up to date resume that includes 2 years of experience in MS and documents travel experience. 2 recent MS Charge/Manager RN References Skills Checklist matching specialty Drivers licenses with address that matches demographics Current AHA BLS NIHSS NURSYS Report Licenses verification with ACTIVE NY License RTO MUST be included at time of submission EMR Exp : EPIC REQUIRED Job Description: Unit: Oncology Hematology Nephrology Endocrine GI Dermatology General Medicine Shift: 6:30P-7A (Block Scheduling is never promised or guaranteed) Oncology Experience is Required. Floating Required: Yes Scrub Color: Navy Blue Unit Specifics: Common Diagnosis - CA diagnosis Oncology Hematology ESRD Diabetes GI Abdominal Pain Dermatology General Medicine. Specialty Equipment- IV pumps NG tubes Chest tubes specialty beds (sand beds) Required drips & Medications - Heparin Lasix and chemo.
