About the Position

Your Role

As a CNA you will:

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing dressing grooming and feeding.
• Monitor and report any changes in residents health to the nursing team.
• Support mobility needs including safe repositioning and transfers.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver personalized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.

Qualifications

To join our team youll need:

• Current certification as a Nursing Assistant.
• Commitment to completing continuing education as required to maintain certification.
• Physical capacity to meet the demands of the position including lifting up to 35 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand walk bend squat and reach repeatedly during shifts.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage with residents and team members effectively and compassionately.
