Currently we are hiring for a client who is looking for an experienced Oracle SCM Functional Consultant to join their team in India.
Role Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to Oracle SCM processes.
- Design and configure Oracle SCM modules to meet client specifications.
- Implement SCM solutions following best practices and industry standards.
- Perform gap analysis between business processes and Oracle SCM functionality.
- Oversee testing processes to ensure proper functionality of the system.
- Prepare and deliver end-user training sessions and materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SCM solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle SCM applications.
- Participate in project management activities to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Create and maintain documentation for configurations and processes.
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements as needed.
- Stay updated on Oracle SCM trends and updates to provide innovative solutions.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfactory delivery of solutions.
- Support data migration and validation activities.
- Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide necessary feedback.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle SCM functional consulting.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle SCM modules including Inventory Purchasing Order Management and Logistics.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Applications is an advantage.
- Proven ability to gather and document business requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in troubleshooting issues and implementing resolutions.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Project management experience is preferred.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant tools.
- Oracle SCM certification is a plus.
