Are you looking for a flexible part-time role that allows you to balance work with your personal commitments Join Amex GBT as an Administration and Finance Coordinator in Scottsdale where youll be part of a world-class team committed to excellence!
What Youll Do:
- Retrieving opening and sorting mail
- Vetting checks to ensure they are routed to the accurate team (HARC Travel A/R GSR M&E Finance transient etc.)
- Vetting and balancing HARC checks to open invoices
- Mailing checks to relevant lock boxes
- Balancing Marriott Hilton and Hyatt payments and ensuring timely deposits
- Liaising with outsourced business partners to ensure invoices are built when a supplier pays before the invoice is issued
- Liaising with meeting planners when short payments are received
- Sending deposit slip requests to Amex GBT teams to process deposits
- Processing deposits into Bank of America and Bank of Montreal
What Were Looking For:
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal direction
- Ability to scan documents
- Resourcefulness in finding the accurate destination for documents
- Ability to work onsite at our office located in Scottsdale

The US national hourly wage range for this position is from $18.00 to $36.00 per hour. The national range provided includes the hourly rate that GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual hourly wage rate will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidates relevant experience skills knowledge and work location.
