Job Description

PURPOSE OF POSITION:
- To diagnose and refinish vehicles

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have valid drivers license.
- Must have appropriate tools
- I-CAR certifications
- Minimum 2 years experience with automotive refinishing/painting

Job Specific Qualifications:
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds.
- Must be able to drive a stick shift vehicle.
- Must be able to diagnose customer concerns
- Must be able to refinish or paint quickly and efficiently
- Work within Insurance company estimates
- Accurately mix and tint paints
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Efficiently diagnose and refinish vehicles
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
