We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our organization and continue this commitment.
This position is based out of our headquarters office south of downtown St. Paul. We welcome an on-site work environment Monday through Friday. The hours for this position are 9:30AM - 6:00PM. This position reports to the Customer Service Manager.
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for answering phones providing service to the customer including international/domestic customer contact processing orders and invoices through the computer system and maintaining files.
What Youll Do As a Customer Service Representative:
Answer customer service phone lines:
Service the customer:
Enter/process orders and invoices through computer system per the appropriate work instruction(s):
International/Domestic (as appropriate) customer contact:
Other tasks such as entering customer accounts per work instruction open/close the area/office miscellaneous duties as requested by manager

Compensation
We are committed to equitable and transparent pay practices. The hourly rate for this position is $26.00
