Position Summary

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with Georgia Geriatrics youll provide compassionate in-home care to hospice clients. Your role will focus on ensuring comfort dignity and quality of life for those in your care. We offer both part-time and full-time opportunities with day and evening shifts available to fit your schedule.

Pay Rate: $14$17/hour (based on experience and case complexity)

Key Responsibilities

As a CNA youll play an essential role in the daily lives of our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with bathing dressing and personal hygiene
- Turning and repositioning clients to ensure comfort and skin health
- Preparing light meals and assisting with feeding when necessary
- Performing light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean environment
- Monitoring and reporting changes in the clients condition to the care manager or hospice nurse
- Maintaining a calm respectful and professional presence in the home

Required Skills & Qualifications

Were looking for caregivers who bring compassion professionalism and experience to the role. Heres what were seeking:
- Experience: 1 year in home care hospice or elderly care preferred
- Certification: CNA or PCA certification preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently with integrity and empathy
- Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
- Must pass a background check and provide references
