RoleWorking across a number of sectors including education financial services construction transport and private client/agriculture charities and public sector
Expertise is sought in some or all of the below:
- General employment issues ranging from maternity rights to general contractual issues.
- Drafting service agreements contracts of employment and staff handbooks
- Drafting and reviewing employment policies
- Transactional corporate support work
- Wrongful and unfair dismissal
- Redundancy and restructuring
- Transfer of Undertakings
- Employment litigation in the employment tribunal
- Discrimination (including sex race disability and age)
- Trade union work for employers.
- Professional Discipline and conduct including advising professional conduct/fitness to practice panels.
You3 years PQE in Employment
A motivated initiative-taker
Able to think commercially and analytically
Interest in and aptitude for business development and growth opportunities
Knowledge of clientele within within Essex/London and the surrounding areas as well as nationally.
