JOB TITLE:
Exam Proctor/Office Aide
JOB PURPOSE:
Proctoring Medical Student Exams and other duties as assigned
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will be expected to follow all exam protocols: be available for all scheduled exams prepare classrooms before each exam and break-down after the exam is completed begin exams as scheduled and monitor students during exams. WWAMI hosts events throughout the academic year and may require assistance relating to these events. Other hourly duties will be assigned as needed
SUPPLEMENTAL FUNCTIONS:
Assist the admin team with breakdown and set-up of events. Other duties as assigned
COMPETENCIES:
Confidentiality Ability to Learn Attention to Detail Initiative Service Orientation
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Formal presentation skills
