Job Description
Overview
We are seeking a Housekeeper for our Assisted Living Facility!
Schedule includes No weekends or on-call requirements! Hours 9am-4:30pm Monday-Friday.

About our community:
Catholic Eldercare is a community of residential facilities in Northeast Minneapolis offering assisted living independent living skilled nursing memory care transitional care and adult day services.
Responsibilities
- Clean and vacuum common areas on a daily basis.
- Cleans resident rooms and bathrooms and replenish supplies on a daily basis. Dust vents light fixtures and doors. Wet/dry mop tile floors and vacuum carpets.
- Clean equipment and housekeeping room. Keeps housekeeping cart stocked with supplies. Replace vacuum bags and filters.
- Demonstrate sensitivity to resident needs and maintain a kind and respectful manner.
- Perform all duties in a manner that is consistent with quality standards infection control and safety measures which includes using Standard Precautions.
Qualifications
- Experience as housekeeper preferred but not required.
- At least intermediate to advanced reading writing and speaking in English.
- Ability to work independently to meet resident needs.
- Ability to work with colleagues and residents from diverse backgrounds.
- Must be able to lift 35 pounds regularly push pull bend sit and stand during every shift.
