We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Clinton Tennessee facility. This position will be a Weekend Crew 2nd shift which is 7:00PM-7:30AM either Friday through Sunday or Saturday through Monday. We also offer a weekend shift differential which is an additional $3.00 per hour for all hours worked on the weekend crew.

Job Purpose:
Perform duties as necessary to provide world class equipment reliability in a safe and cost-effective way. Perform preventative maintenance daily to ensure that equipment is safe and up to date.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to learn the functionality of plant equipment

Qualifications/Requirements/Skills:
- Completion of high school or GED equivalency.
- Five years of maintenance experience is required.
- Technical school or apprenticeship in a skilled trade is preferred.
- Welding/fabrication knowledge is preferred.
- Must be able to lift 55 pounds.
- Must have industrial electrical knowledge - (480-volt low volt control circuit experience).
- Can properly use power and hand-tools.
- Ability to read electrical schematics.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Must be able to thoroughly troubleshoot machine breakdowns and implement corrective actions.
