Job Description
Description of the role:
We are looking for a committed Rental Associate to join our team at Franklin Auto in Statesboro GA. As a Rental Associate you will be responsible for assisting customers with their vehicle rental needs and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist with rental inquiries
- Process rental paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Inspect vehicles for damage and verify customer information
- Coordinate vehicle pick-up and drop-off schedules
- Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or issues
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid Drivers License
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
