POSITION: TheAssistant Sales Manageris a dynamic high-energy sales and operations role. You will support the Studio Manager in driving membership sales managing client relationships and ensuring a premium in-studio experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a people-first goal-driven environment and is passionate about health wellness and helping others.
REQUIREMENTS
12 years in a sales fitness or service-based environment preferred
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with ClubReady technology:POS systems CRM software social media
Hourly pay commission and bonuses

RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive studio sales by converting leads walk-ins and trial sessions into memberships
Conduct follow-up communication with prospects via phone text and email
Support local community outreach and in-studio events to generate new leads
Maintain knowledge of all membership packages and promotions
Greet and check in clients ensuring a friendly welcoming environment
Educate new clients on StretchLab services session options and the benefits of stretching
Address client concerns and feedback in a professional solutions-oriented manner
Assist with opening/closing procedures and ensure studio cleanliness and organization
Manage front desk operations bookings and point-of-sale system
Help train and support front desk staff as needed
support brand efforts with social media studio marketing
