POSITION: TheAssistant Sales Manageris a dynamic high-energy sales and operations role. You will support the Studio Manager in driving membership sales managing client relationships and ensuring a premium in-studio experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a people-first goal-driven environment and is passionate about health wellness and helping others.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 12 years in a sales fitness or service-based environment preferred

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Comfortable with ClubReady technology:POS systems CRM software social media

  • Positive attitude team player and self-starter
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends

RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Membership Growth

  • Drive studio sales by converting leads walk-ins and trial sessions into memberships

  • Conduct follow-up communication with prospects via phone text and email

  • Support local community outreach and in-studio events to generate new leads

  • Maintain knowledge of all membership packages and promotions

Customer Experience

  • Greet and check in clients ensuring a friendly welcoming environment

  • Educate new clients on StretchLab services session options and the benefits of stretching

  • Address client concerns and feedback in a professional solutions-oriented manner

Studio Operations

  • Assist with opening/closing procedures and ensure studio cleanliness and organization

  • Manage front desk operations bookings and point-of-sale system

  • Help train and support front desk staff as needed

  • enhance the current member experience
  • support brand efforts with social media studio marketing
