We are looking for a Product Manager covering MyCTIfor our Corporate officewhose attitude skills and work ethic will embody our mission to provide a
fantastic customer experience. We take pride in our employees who are known in the industry as customer-focused problem-solvers who can get the job done.The Product Manager for MyCTI will play a pivotal role in the development and strategy of our customer-facing portal to ensure a positive customer experience. This role is tasked with confirming that MyCTI delivers clear measurable value to our customers and that internal teamsincluding sales service delivery and DevOpsare fully aligned to support this value. The Product Manager will work directly with the VP of Service Operations to shape and execute strategic goals define and implement MyCTI product definition and work closely with internal and external customers to ensure successful adoption of MyCTI.
What are your responsibilities
Customer Value Definition & Validation:
Collaborate with the VP of Service Operations (and others) to develop strategies to clearly define the value that MyCTI provides to our customers. Engage key customers through Quarterly Experience Reviews (QERs) and direct conversations to validate current value propositions and identify new areas where MyCTI can deliver additional value. Document these findings and ensure they are clearly communicated to internal teams (service sales and developers).
Sales Enablement:
Orchestrate an internal education campaign of MyCTI partnering with the sales team and sales leadership to ensure 100% familiarity with the products value key differentiators and resources available to support the sales process. Equip the sales team with the tools and knowledge they need to increase activation rates.
Cross-functional Alignment:
Act as the bridge between sales service delivery and development teams to ensure the MyCTI platform is delivering value across all functions. Collaborate with the DevOps team to ensure technical enhancements are aligned with customer feedback and internal priorities.
Customer Engagement:
Engage with key customers to explore opportunities for enhancing MyCTIs value and build strong relationships with strategic clients. Work closely with the service delivery team to act on insights gathered from QERs.
Activation Management:
Drive increased activation rates of MyCTI on new projects ensuring that the platform is utilized effectively by all customers.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Activation Rate:Increase MyCTI activation on all new projects to ensure its utilized across the majority of eligible systems.
- Usage:Improve the ssage of MyCTI turning users into long-term customers.
- Sales Team Readiness:Achieve 100% sales team familiarity with MyCTIs value proposition and differentiation in the market.
- Product Differentiation:Ensure that MyCTI is clearly positioned as a differentiator for CTI within the broader competitive landscape.
- Customer Feedback:Support actionable improvements based on feedback gathered during QERs and direct customer engagements.

Ideal Candidate ProfileExperience:5 years of product management experience ideally within the technology or managed services industry. Familiarity with customer portals ticketing systems remote monitoring and management tools.
Leadership:Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and execute strategic initiatives. Experience working closely with sales teams and facilitating internal product launches is highly desirable.
Customer-Focused:Strong understanding of customer needs and ability to translate customer feedback into product improvements and strategic direction.
Communication Skills:Excellent communicator able to distill complex ideas into clear concise messaging for both internal teams and customers.
Strategic Thinker:Ability to work closely with senior leadership to craft and execute a long-term product strategy while addressing immediate tactical needs.
Relevant Certifications:Certifications in Product Management such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) are considered a plus
