Schedule: Monday to Friday 8-hour shifts
Salary: $27 $32 per hour

Job Description
A Client Service Associate serves as the primary point of contact between our agency and our valued clients. This role focuses on maintaining exceptional client relationships managing communications supporting project delivery and ensuring that client needs are met with precision and care.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams.
Communicate project updates timelines and deliverables clearly and professionally.
Ensure client satisfaction by addressing questions concerns and feedback in a timely manner.
Coordinate with creative and strategy departments to meet client expectations.
Track client requests project milestones and deadlines.
Assist in preparing reports presentations and client proposals.
Maintain organized records of communications and project documents.
Qualifications
Prior experience in client service account management or customer-facing roles (12 years preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced creative environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or related field is a plus.
