Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Value & Risk Advisory
Das erwartet Dich
Durchfhren von Bewertungen wohnungswirtschaftlicher und gewerblich genutzter Einzelimmobilien und Immobilienportfolios
Anwendung nationaler und internationaler Bewertungsverfahren und -standards (RICS IVSC TEGoVA ImmoWertV & BelWertV)
Durchfhrung von Objektbesichtigungen im gesamten Bundesgebiet und sterreich
Erstellen von Objekt- Markt- und Standortanalysen
Erstellen von Wertgutachten in deutscher und englischer Sprache
Agieren in einem internationalen Arbeitsumfeld fr unsere nationalen und internationalen Kunden
Was Du mitbringen solltest
Abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium im Bereich Immobilienwirtschaft BWL VWL Bauingenieurwesen Architektur o..
2-3 Jahre Praxiserfahrung in der Immobilienbewertung
Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel) sowie Englischkenntnisse
Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten hohes Engagement Motivation und Ambitionen
Freude an der gemeinsamen Arbeit im Team und eine hohe Kundenorientierung
Leidenschaft und Begeisterung fr die Immobilienwirtschaft
