General Summary
Qualifications
High school diploma required Associates degree preferred- medical background preferred (RN or LPN)
Substitute multi age license through ODE
Pass all FBI & BCIchecks
Strong organizational and communication skills
Effective knowledge and use of technology relevant to the position
Student-centered focus
Ability to meet physical requirements of the position on a daily basis
- Climb steps
- Lift up to 25 pounds
- Transport children using various equipment
- Perform minor health related tasks (diapering feeding tube seizure plans etc.)
Essential Job Functions:
Knowledge of maintainingessential medications and procedures for district student medical conditions
Daily documentation of specific medical conditions and needs of current students including but not limited
to diabetes G-tubes tracheotomy
Assist in clinic area throughout the school day or as assigned
CPR Certified
$23.02 per hour for clinic aides (non-licensed RN/LPN) and $160.00 per day for Nurses (licensed RN/LPN)
