The Role
We are looking for a Junior Associate Pre-Sales to support our sales team by qualifying leads coordinating demos and handling basic product queries. This is an entry-level role ideal for freshers or those with up to 1 year of experience looking to start their career in fintech sales.
Roles and Responsibilities
Tag leads as hot disqualified or nurture based on outcomes.
Schedule product demos or RM calls for qualified leads.
Coordinate closely with the Sales/BD team for smooth handovers.
Follow up with unresponsive leads via email or WhatsApp.
Give a high-level pitch of products like current accounts credit lines payouts etc.
Answer basic queries using a pre-approved FAQ guide.
Share daily/weekly reports on - Calls made Leads qualified Leads handed over Drop-off reasons.
Skills and Qualifications
01 year of experience in sales inside sales BPO or customer support
Internship experience in BFSI/startups is a bonus
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Google Sheets
Good communication skills (spoken and written)
Ability to follow standard processes and keep things organized
Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
