The Role

Join us in making a difference! As a key player in our team you will play a pivotal role in achieving sales outcomes delivering exceptional customer service and championing Blundstones brand and products in the market.

Working within your designated territory youll stay across shifts in the market and customer needs helping shape a responsive and informed approach. Serving as our product expert for end-user customers and resellers alike you will develop and maintain relationships in the industrial/B2B space lead the execution of new product sell-in plans and campaigns and also establish and maintain effective merchandising arrangements in a retail environment.

Based out of your home office in FNQ you will be required to travel extensively nurturing and establishing commercial relationships within new and existing customer networks at all levels.

About You

We value diverse communication skills that enable you to engage effortlessly with small groups and individual customers. Your ability to adapt your approach to different audiences and influence others to achieve results is crucial.

Proven autonomy is key in our dynamic work environment. Your ability to balance competing priorities and a strong appreciation and understanding of our market and targeted consumers will set you apart. Excellent merchandising skills are a must allowing you to present our products for optimum sales. Leveraging your in-depth knowledge of the sales cycle and experience with CRM software youll build robust long-lasting customer relationships.

Demonstrated experience in:

Achieving sales targets and outcomes

Creating territory and key customer plans

Remote work with effective and efficient call cycles

Collaborative approaches within a national sales & marketing team

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

High-level presentation and computer skills

Negotiation and time management skills

Industrial safety/B2B experience essential and retail experience a bonus

Essential Requirements

Previous sales experience in a territory management role/end user specialist role

Current unrestricted Australian drivers license
