POSITION: Student Success Coaches
REPORTS TO: Kenowa Hills Middle School Principal
LOCATION: Kenowa Hills Middle School
NUMBER OF DAYS/LENGTH OF CONTRACT: 210 Day Contract (Mid August - Mid June annually)
SALARY: $35000 - $50000 depending upon experience and credentials
BENEFITS: A generous fringe benefit package is authorized by the Board of Education
SUMMARY: A Student Success Coach is engaged in graduation assistance activities including but not limited to working with 6th-8th grade students school faculty and staff parents and guardians. The Success Coach provides assistance to all students individually and in groups regarding successful promotion to the High School including but not limited to analyzing data to identify students or subgroups with potential high school graduation problems; planning implementing and tracking individual high school graduation plans; identifying and resolving barriers to graduation; and facilitating career choices and planning.

The Middle School Success Coach works to improve completion of Middle School grade levels for all population subgroups within the school by performing the following duties and responsibilities.
