Responsibilities:

• Analyze and isolate issues IT issues.
• Establishes network specifications by conferring with users analyzing workflow access information and security requirements.
• Develop and implement GPO changes and password policies
• Assign configuration of authentication and authorization of directory services.
• Configure and install network devices and services (e.g. routers switches wireless VPN QoS MPLS)
• Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure
• Help to formulate and execute regularly scheduled maintenance of the systems. Ensure our disaster plan is effective and our machines are configured to handle the required workloads.
• Maintain IS Knowledge Base Entries that cover topics in a manner that enables the members of Technical Services and Systems Support to answer and correct common problems.
• Set permissions for access; assign different levels of access to different levels of authority.
• Maintaining monitoring and enhancing security utilizing MS Defender Intune and creating / enforcement of policies.
• Monitoring and maintaining all the hardware and software in the organization.
• Complete troubleshooting of both software and hardware problems.
• Provide suggestions on hardware that needs to be upgraded ability to analyze the hardware requirements with actual usage requirements.

Qualifications - Must have 5 years of experience with the following:

• PowerShell scripting
• Microsoft Group Policy administration
• Routing MPLS VoIP network subnet design and implementation
• Network management and monitoring systems (Nagios SCOM Solarwinds)
• SQL Server knowledge a plus
• Must have expertise in troubleshooting and working with networking protocols such as MPLS TCP/IP SNMP DNS DHCP and routing and switching systems
• Knowledge of Cloud Service Providers (Rackspace AWS Azure) a plus
• Windows Operating Platform (2016-2024 Win10/11)
• Microsoft Defender A5 administration experience
• Microsoft Office 365
• O365 administration experience
• Intune administration experience
• Cisco HP Dell switches/routers
• Dell Servers
• Meraki firewall experience a plus

The base range for this contract position is $25 - $55 per hour depending on experience.
Our pay ranges are determined by role level and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training.
