Position Overview
We are hiring a licensed Branch 3 Termite Inspector for the Solano County area. This position is ideal for experienced inspectors who want a high volume of quality leads full administrative and repair support and clear pathways for career advancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough termite and wood-destroying organism (WDO) inspections in accordance with California regulations
- Generate clear accurate reports for real estate transactions and homeowners
- Communicate findings professionally with clients agents and internal teams
- Collaborate with in-house repair teams for seamless project handoffs
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent Goodlife Inspections with integrity
Requirements
- Active Branch 3 Field Representative license (Required)
- 2 years of termite inspection experience
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of structural pest control regulations and standards
- Valid CA drivers license and a clean driving record
- Reliable self-motivated and organized
